Wore this for the first time for this morning's commute in the deluge. I run hot and was worried I'd cook but was fine (probably 16 degrees air temp), and stayed comfortable throughout. I wore normal (Gore) bibs and the difference in the 2 at the end of the ride was obvious. Most of the moisture just shook off the jersey, the bib needed wringing out. Even the stuff in the back pockets was still dry after an hour in steady, heavy rain. No excuses for the autumn commute now!
As the review below says, sizing reflects normal clothing sizes - I initially had a M but had to swap to S to get a decent fit.

Used it for the first time today as well as the matching arm warmers it was Windy and Sunny and they both performed brilliantly, it took 3 attempts to get the correct size as unlike continental brands Lusso sizes appear to be true sizes small is small unlike others where L/XL are small, something to be said for goods made in this country I also bought shorts and they to were brilliant first time out, I will be looking to buy some more gear pretty soon.
