As an athlete, you need to maintain your performance during exercise. 02 PERFORM has been scientifically proven to help athletes replace fluids, refuel working muscles and replenish electrolytes during activity. 02 PERFORM's carbohydrate and electrolyte formula comes in three different formats; liquid (500ml), convenient single serve powder stix (36g) and larger powder canisters (350g). Water needs to be added to both powder formats.

Fluid

Failure to replace fluid lost through sweating can have a negative effect on your performance such as failure to sustain exercise intensity or increased perception of effort. These consequences can be seen with fluid loss of as little as 2-3% body mass. Drinking 02 PERFORM will help to replace the fluid you lose during exercise.

Carbohydrates

Carbohydrate fuels athletic performance but high-intensity exercise depletes these stores. Failure to maintain carbohydrate stores can have a negative effect on performance. Through 40 years' experience working with athletes on the field and in our labs, we have developed a 6% carbohydrate formula to ensure rapid fluid and energy delivery.

Electrolytes

Your body sweats to cool itself down. When this happens, you don't just lose water, but also vital electrolytes such as sodium, potassium and chloride. The electrolytes in 02 PERFORM help stimulate the desire to drink and therefore helps to maintain hydration during exercise.
